Fresh Stems Don't Wait for Anyone
Here's what we learned pretty quickly: flowers start losing their magic
the second they're cut. You can't just stick them in a warehouse and
hope for the best.
Our temperature-controlled storage keeps things at exactly 2-4°C from
the moment arrangements leave our workshop until they're in your
building. The trucks have the same cooling setup. We track humidity
levels because roses get cranky when the air's too dry, and orchids
basically give up if you let them get warm.
Every delivery gets logged with timestamps and GPS coordinates. Not
because we're control freaks (okay, maybe a little), but because when
someone calls asking where their Monday morning arrangement is, we can
tell them exactly which intersection the driver just passed.
