Rashad manages relationships with our larger accounts and handles the consultation process for new clients. He previously worked in hospitality management, which turned out to be surprisingly relevant—he's good at understanding what businesses actually need versus what they think they need. Been with us since early 2021.
Design & Fulfillment
Toghrul oversees our arrangement process and works directly with our supplier network. He's particular about seasonal availability and won't compromise on freshness—which occasionally means telling clients their first choice isn't going to look good in July. That honesty has earned trust with our repeat clients who value consistency.
We keep things straightforward. No complicated platforms or confusing approval chains—just a clear process that gets your flowers where they need to be, looking the way they should.
Call or email us with your requirements—occasion, approximate budget, delivery location, and timing. If you're not sure what works best, Rashad will ask a few questions about your situation and suggest options based on what's worked for similar clients.
We provide photos or descriptions of available arrangements within your parameters. Once you select, we confirm all details in writing—delivery address, contact person, specific timing requirements, any card messages. This prevents those annoying mix-ups that waste everyone's time.
Toghrul's team prepares your arrangement typically one day before delivery to ensure freshness. We coordinate directly with your reception or facilities contact for access. You'll receive confirmation once delivery is complete, including a photo if requested.
For recurring clients, we keep records of your preferences and set up automatic scheduling if that's useful. Invoice processing happens according to your accounts payable requirements—monthly, per-order, whatever matches your system. We're flexible because frankly, making billing complicated helps nobody.
